4 Victims Shot at Howe Park - Large Unauthorized Party Erupts in Gunfire
Saturday night, an unsanctioned event of hundreds of people at Howe Community Park in Sacramento in Sacramento County's Arden-Arcade neighborhood became the scene of a shooting when an estimated 20 to 25 gunshots rang out as law enforcement officers were attempting to clearing the area.
